Steps to reproduce issue
1) Setup a International FROM and TO label with appropriate package characteristics; NEXT
2) Complete customs forms
3) Select Mail class; FINISH and PRINT
4) Select PRINT
Expected result
Appropriate 6x4 label should be rendered and be able to be printed.
For First Class Mail International that have Delivery Confirmation (like Canada for example), ensure that the "Del Con" markers are correctly displayed on the label.
