Do this both for International and Domestic shipping address.
Steps to reproduce issue
1) Navigate through New Label Setup Form, with TO address being
2) Navigate through New Label Custom Form (if needed)
3) Review Summary information and confirm
Do this for VAR1 = Domestic Shipping Address
VAR2 = International Shipping Address
Expected result
Data should appear as entered on previous screens.
