chore: add Git hash to external repository #102

Includes a specific commit hash for the forked ckETH codebase.

Resolves #74.

I opened a corresponding MR (!16803) in the dfinity-lab/public/ic GitLab repository, but this unfortunately cannot be used in an open-source context due to requiring authentication. One solution could be to mirror this branch in the dfinity/ic GitHub repository.
