So the Initial Commit of Parity is working but cannot get dind to work as WS takes awhile to connect adding delay is the only option from https://github.com/internet-sicherheit/caliper-docker/issues/12
1) Able to run Simple Ethereum Successfully report.zip
2) Modification of Flag options was necessary and image is Parity:stable
System Configuration: 1) Windows 10 Professional with WSL2 2) Ubuntu 20.04 LTS 3) Specific Packages Caliper CLI: 0.3.0 Caliper Benchmark: Master Caliper CLI using Web3: 1.2.0 NPM: v6.14.4 Node: 10.19.0 Docker Desktop 2.3.0.3 (45519)
