Create RFC-0007 Different node types and classes #28

Creation of the RFC according to the Title.

I had already inserted some nodes from different projects. These can probably best be found under examples. I'm not quite clear what is meant by classes from the node. It seems that in many projects there are always 2 node types. Therefore I think it would make sense to work with 2 types. We could call them prototypical for the nodes. Otherwise it is not easy to find something specific. So in the quality of Sovrin. I will do some research but if someone has some good links, just give them to me.

Sovrin definitely has most clearly specified node classes. E.g. bloxberg has validators and others. Most will have those 2 classes I assume.

Bootnode is an additional property I assume.
