I don't think that android is relevant here since the framework is just for the blockchain network and neither indy nor ethereum have a full node client for mobile phones.

@kiview so each kown member of this repo is a collaborator, isn't he? Maybe we can limit the write access to issues to them to prevent some kind of spamming

This has been changed to a public repo last week. Everyone should be to comment on issues and PRs. We will deal with spammers, once this becomes a problem.

Some thoughts from me about node software updates:

Secure and reliable source for the software? Internal autority has to test and release the software Make sure that older version are still available, independently from internet/community software repository Common test environment must be set and available. Make sure that not all nodes update at the same time. Make sure that all nodes finish their update at a final date. Inform customers about updates
