Author formatting #52

Right now the link to an authors directs to a 404 page:

Authors: [Andrei Ionita](andrei.ionita@fit.fraunhofer.de), [Kevin Wittek](wittek@internet-sicherheit.de)

because Github will append the link. If you open the unparsed markdown file the issue is irrelevant, but adding mailto: would give a better user experience:

This might be a good idea, but heads up for the Bots that scrape emails (for spam) that might collect the emails correctly with the mailto: added.

The email address is publicly visible as part of the commit as well, so I don't think this is an actual concern.
