Introduces a launcher that now allows to pass arguments via command line to the program without using a gui.
commands are:
--gui=
--url=
--filename=
--start=
--stop=
Pulled from master. had to install jdk 14 for testing. then created new branch. however during staging a lot of files showed up, that were not changes in my opinion. so i dont know what that is about.
