Introduces a launcher that now allow to pass arguments via command line to the program without using a gui. commands are: --gui= --url= --filename= --start= --stop=

deleted master branch locally. pulled remote master branch in a new local master branch. then created new branch cli_update#2. pushed cli_update#2 to remote.

Another step for #12
