Since we do transparent and public on-chain voting in bloxberg, an interested researcher/hacker could query the votes of all members over web3 You have to check all contract calls to https://blockexplorer.bloxberg.org/address/0x19e51aFD3EfA98A6E4B82D3834DE174D7a33f9B5/transactions, with proposal=28 and cross correlate the sender addresses with the validator identities here: https://validators.bloxberg.org/bloxberg-dapps-validators This way you can find out who voted what.

Hm, maybe you need to navigate over https://validators.bloxberg.org/ and have a connected Metamaska account installed.
