Support pillow jpeg2000 writing #29

It's probably not as great as grok or kakadu, but it'd be nice to support it for who folks who don't have the other programs installed.

Let's also add pillow jpeg while at it, even though I recall that being particularly poor for this purpose

I've added support for pillow jpeg2000 writing, I might do the JPEG saving if someone requests it, but I'm afraid it will be quite poor.
