On page load search request should fire after bookreader says it is done loading #418

Context Problem: If search is running on page load, the request directly blocks the draw of BookReader, especially if it already has the manifest to draw.

Proposal & Constraints

Task:

run search after book reader draws book.

Success Metrics

Search starts to run after BookReader says it is "done/loaded", search starts request. Perceived wait time to look at a book when it gets loaded with a search term.
