IA books without title in catalog feed #10

It looks like some IA books may not have a title. This is causing catalog entry validation to fail. Drop these books from the feed or generate an empty title?

E.g. http://home.us.archive.org:12600/search?q=greek&start=1.html

Fixed on my branch. Don't add entries that fail validation.
