GUN: metadata fetch failing #106

Test ....

Does the domain resolution correctly but then fails:

  dweb-transports Fetching gun:/gun/arc/archive.org/metadata/commute via GUN failed: GUN unable to retrieve: gun:/gun/arc/archive.org/metadata/commute +9s
  dweb-transports Fetching https://dweb.archive.org/metadata/commute via HTTP +0ms

Not showing up in dweb.me:/var/log/dweb/dweb-gun though other stuff is.
