Seeing errors during crawl #198

ENOENT: no such file or directory, rename '/.data/archiveorg/HealthYo1953/HealthYo1953.mp4.part' -> '/.data/archiveorg/HealthYo1953/HealthYo1953.mp4';

I think this was due to either two crawls at same time, or a crawl and UI clashing and the .part having already been renamed. File is there and fine. Closing unless causes problems.
