  1. [ ] Add a gitter link so people can ask questions in (promote to slack)
  2. [ ] Add "how to contribute" high up on README.md
  3. [ ] Add hacktoberfest and google code-in tags to help people discover tasks
  4. [ ] Add a video showing the actual hardware and user-facing capabilities
  5. [ ] Leverage the "first good issue" tag, or split hard tasks into tasks which are accessible to new contributors
  6. [ ] Update https://archive.org/about/volunteerpositions.php
