At startup it checks for disk, if none then it fails, and doesnt seem to recheck every 15 secs unlike its check during operations

[x] how is this.directories set to full list by time hits MirrorConfig.resolveDirectories for first time
[x] Make resolveDirectories log changes
[x] Make sure can move past absence of directory at start
- if started with no directories it does recognize directory being added but doesnt start the server.
- Error in optsToConfig < main waterfall
[x] Fix so MirrorFS.directories gets updated as well as MirrorConfig
[x] Make crawlManager wait until there is a directory
