Add missing files to downloading list #246

e.g. on https://archive.org/details/ArtOfCommunitySecondEdition Testable

[x] Kindle which is .mobi
[x] epub - Added 'EPUB' to Util.js/format

Odd cases

[x] item tile which is __ia_thumb.jpg (need an example)

These ones are not pure extensions, but are _xxxx.yyyy requiring edit to the "formats" function OR call to it with e.g. _xisb.json

[x] OCLC XISBN JSON which is _xisb.json e.g. ArtOfCommunitySecondEdition localhost archive.org also abcpronunciary00mary
[ ] Daisy (for print disabled)
- odd its a _daisy.zip file but appears (like Kindle an Epub) to be custom created

Extra - maybe shouldnt be there
