this.hashstores[cacheDirectory].put fails on new directory #247

mv /Volumes/x/archiveorg /Volumes/x/archiveorg-
internetarchive -sc # - note order is important, wait for this to get to its "crawl will wait" before next step
mkdir /Volumes/x/archiveorg

fails in cacheAndOrStream / _notcached

Seen while debugging #231

DIAGNOSIS:

MirrorFS.hashstores is set in CrawlManager.setopts
- And MirrorFS.init
neither of which are called from MirrorConfig.resoleDirectories

Questions is where MirrorFS.directories is set.

its by the setState function passed to MirrorConfig.new to make sure MirrorFS gets set !
