dweb-mirror doesnt really need dweb-archive (or dweb-transports)

[x] allow dweb-mirror to use bundles etc from own dist
[x] Somehow figure out how to package only dist parts of dweb-archive
[x] figure out how to install those dist parts w/o rest of dweb-mirror
[x] or ... out of box ... have dweb-mirror capable to fetch its own during crawl

Trying by splitting dweb-archive/dist to seperate package on npm

[ ] remove wrtc dependency, that should be installed and required by TransportWEBTORRENT
[x] remove dweb-archive from all install docs
[x] test on each platform - note merging scripts as part of that process

[x] remove wrtc dependency, that should be installed and required by TransportWEBTORRENT (TWT)
- Current dependency is in dweb-mirror
  - [x] move back to TWT as one of the scripts,
  - [x] reqs being optional which wasn't allowed for - maybe just separate function like done in Wolk (I think)

Note - not test as not testing DA->dweb.me and not using WT on offline archive
