Daisy file isn't offered for download It looks like its created on the fly - as not in files.xml See e.g. https://archive.org/details/ArtOfCommunitySecondEdition which has Daisy, and https://localhost:4244/details/ArtOfCommunitySecondEdition which doesnt'.
