Comment: looking for the EPUB version on OpenLibrary and Archive ... both have bad links: http://www.archive.org/download/agenealogicalhi00burkgoog/agenealogicalhi00burkgoog.epub

with .pdf as the extension, it works but, obviously, produces PDF file

....

looks like something to do with tif format book images.

This works now. It looks like the EPUB got generated in Aug 2011.
