0.1.5: as a patron I want the list sorted by status code by default so I can easily get an idea about how many 403s there are #17

as of version 0.1.11 (although it was fixed before), the url entries are now automatically sorted by status code from lowest to highest, and clicking the "status" label will toggle the sort order.

When ALL url's are displayed, there is some anomaly of the sorted urls. There are some 0's interspersed with 200's. Needs more investigation.
