Provides choices for iari source:

iari - "official" iari source
iari-prod - stable IARI api; soon to be congruent with "official" iari source
iari-stage - staging endpoint for IARI api; should be stable
iari-test - for testing purposes - not stable
iari-local - for development; points to local instance of IARI
