WEBDEV-5767 Conform error handler to PPS error structure #27

Errors from the Page Production Service (PPS) backend have a slightly different structure than the ones that we used to receive from advancedsearch.php. This PR updates the error handling flow to account for this and ensure error messages are properly passed along to the caller.
