Update the URL of the image server to be the reverse proxy address #4

Once either #2 or #3 is merged, we should start using the reverse-proxied iiif.archive.org/image address in the generated Manifests.

Now that @robertkeizer's work on the Cantaloupe sidecar is merged and deployed, this should be merged to bring the correct reverse-proxy URLs into the generated manifests

This is probably redundent and can close when post-meeting-fixes is merged but will double check after this is merged.
