1630 stub records to be evaluated (and deleted?) #32

These "works" / "editions" are just stubs and probably should be deleted.

They appear to be perhaps be some type of placeholder records for inbound interlibrary loans.

The deletion can be scripted easily once @seabelis makes that call as to whether to keep them or not.

@tfmorris Agreed. These records don't have enough information to be useful.
