I see this is from last year, but there is still plenty of works in that link. Is this still open to be worked on? I'd love to be assigned it.
Yes. Please. Thank you!
Awesome, thank you! I noticed a few things just now when getting started that I'm not quite sure what the workflow here is.
When updating author on this record: Oxford Discover 3
There is a second item listed as an edition of the work. However, one is the workbook and the other is the student book. So, they're actually two different works. I don't have the access to separate these.
Then for this record: Writg Talk
I was wondering if there is truly no author known, for this example anywhere I've searched either lists this work's author as NA or does not contain a field for that information. How should we update the record? If no editor is listed, is it appropriate to enter the publisher in that field? I've seen some works with the publisher entered as author, such as a Scholastics Inc. work.
There's a few under the same publisher (Addison Wesley Longman) as the work above, that all have the lack of an author. They seem to all be textbooks.
There is a problem with subtitles; when works are imported the bot only sees the titles until the colon. So you will see a lot of series treated as editions of the same work. You can report them and I'll split them up.
In cases such as this textbook, if no author or editor can be found on Worldcat or elsewhere, go ahead and use the publisher. It's probably a collaborative work of the publisher's editorial staff.
Thank you!
I think these authors should be merged ? one has a period at the end and the other doesn't.
Should these be merged? One of them doesn't contain any editions in it.

https://openlibrary.org/authors/OL2761571A/NA is an invalid author profile. Works should be reassigned to the correct authors.
