Add FAQ microdata to FAQ pages #3342

SEO's support displaying rich snippets for FAQ pages; we should add the necessary microdata to our FAQ pages.

So openlibrary has the faq page here https://openlibrary.org/help/faq and the data can be seen in the value field here https://openlibrary.org/help/faq.json .
