This is a good start. This project's really big and is going to take many people and a lot of work to get going, due to the intricacies of it. I also am not sure where the priorities are in terms of purpose. I think if there's something clear somewhere on the direction/purpose of these tasks, it's going to be easier/streamlined (at least for me).

Hope that helps, but idk my role in this yet.
