"No More 404s" has focus outline around its "View a saved version" link, and that outline gets clipped on the bottom

STR:

1. Install No More 404s test-pilot experiment in Firefox Nightly (haven't tested other Firefox versions)
2. Visit https://llvm.org/ (which happens to be a 404)
3. Look at the No More 404s bar that appears.

ACTUAL RESULTS: The "View a saved version" link has a focus outline by default, which is fine, except the bottom of the focus outline is clipped so it just looks broken. Screenshot:

EXPECTED RESULTS:

• The focus outline shouldn't be clipped.
• Perhaps the link also shouldn't be auto-focused by default? (not sure, perhaps that's separate; but it makes this glitch a bit more obvious)
