Don't show the popup on localhost #90

It shows the popup if I visit localhost:<someport> without starting the server.

Does it happen to you with just 8080 or with other ports too? For me it happens only with 8080, and funnily enough, you do get results on archive.org

Just tried and it indeed only happens on 8080 root and no other ports 😐
