A lot of false positives (negatives?) #98

I had to disable the extension because I get a lot of false positives on perfectly valid websites, most often when I hit back in the browser. (By false positive I mean that it triggers on perfectly valid websites, which works fine when I reload)

As you can see from the review pane on the addon website, I'm not alone. A selection:

The bug of March 2019 that triggers it on about 30% of times I try to go back one page (on regular, live, working URLs) needs to be fixed

It currently has a bug that causes it to trigger sometimes when I click the back button. I just visited the page a minute ago, it works fine when the addon is disabled, and my internet connection is fast, so I don't think it's a problem with the site.

Problem is, occasionally it'll activate for no apparent reason on a page that loads just fine

Too aggressive when sites don't load immediately. It was nice the one time the site actually was down, but not the fifty other times my internet just was slow.

You get the point! I'm not sure if this only happens on a specific platform or not. I have the problem with Firefox on Windows 10 at work.

Same issue, more than a year later.

There are other extensions that don't have this problem, for example this one.
