Fixes #964

Replaces Availability API call with cached WM count (sparkline) API call in autoSave().
Tested on Chrome. Needs testing still on Firefox, Edge, Safari.

Testing Safari: Auto Save failed to run when the Wayback Count (sparkline) API call timed-out, but later worked when the API responded quickly. If the Availability API has better response times, then this might fail more often than it used to.

While testing Chrome: Clearing "Wayback Machine Count" in Settings will clear the cache, causing Auto Save to activate again when revisiting a page.
