Option to turn off context menu entry.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great an option under extension settings to turn off context menu entry. I prefer my context menu clear and also prefer to use extension itself to use it rather than a context menu option.

We know not everyone uses the context menu, but also know that some people do use it. We need to be careful about adding more items to the Settings since it is quite full already, there is limited space, and we may need that space to add another setting in the future. We'll keep your suggestion in mind and may reconsider in the future, but for now we'll keep it as it is.
