Page was archived twice but not found

I am looking at the page https://web-beta.archive.org/web/*/http://vajointtraining.org/Training_Materials/Human%20Rights%20Training%20Leaders%20Guide.doc/ This shows two captures with one on Jun 21, 2016 and one I created today, May 16, 2017, using the " Save Page Now" feature at https://archive.org/web/ My problem is that neither of these captures seems to be accessible. When I click the link on the left to https://web-beta.archive.org/web//http://vajointtraining.org/Training_Materials/Human%20Rights%20Training%20Leaders%20Guide.doc I get the message "Hrm. Wayback Machine doesn't have that page archived." Incidentally, I got the same message before doing the Save Page Now on May 16.

What's going on here?
