Any interest in publishing this? Probably should have a more generic name (wikibase-rest?)

I'd be willing to make a PR to clean it up a little and setup the publishing unless you'd prefer I just fork and do it myself?

I went ahead and generated a library and uploaded it to pypi. Potentially makes this library unneeded.

it was private. it's public now.
