Bid history for the open english auctions

Reveal additional info to auction users about english auctions to improve on transparency , verifiability and openness

• show list of bids in ongoing auction to all the users participating in the auction (have paid the deposit and/or made a bid) - add view/option to see all made bids for a particular auction (time, alias, sum)
  • in case of autobidder bids list the last bid of each autobidder ie first user sets up autobidder for 12€, autobidder makes a bid for the starting price that is 5€ for example, second users joins in by setting their autobidder for 10€. As there the other autobidder is set up for higher amount in the bid history the 10€ bid is registeres/listed for the second user and the next bid for the first user by the autobidder for 10,1€
• general public - users not logged in nor taking part of the auction will see only the current bid with the alias
• when auction is over (the results are generated) the aliases in the bid history are replaced with the users' names (billing profile set for the last bid) that made the bid

add the access to the bid history to the "Your offer" / "Sinu pakkumus" view. If we are able to list the domains that user made the deposit payment for but did not make any offers then that just might be enough.
