We have reports of multiple issues with disputed domains. Disputed domains are the domains listed in the disputed domains table. The domains have password set to enable changing the registrant and once this is used the domain should be automatically removed from the active disputed status. Disputed domains have start and end dates marking the period the password for changing the registrant is required and if it's not used during that time the domain disputed satus will be closed/expired
issues:
we have multiple reports from production idnicating that the registrant was changed without the use of the password and the disputed status was not removed/closed afterwards
when tried to do the registrant change without using the password via EPP i ended up with code 2400. But if I did first transfer to another registrar, then afterwards I was able to update the registrant without the password - if domain is in the active disputed list it cannot be possible to update registrant without the password via epp nor repp
