ForceDelete: FD_lift consumes too much resources #2607

forceDeleteLift task generated 400k whois updates and 11GB of logs in just one day with no apparent reason.

Task is stopped until issue is solved - urgent as there are currently more than 1k domains set to be ForceDeleted
