incorrect wineasio fetch instructions #8

Hi,

First off, thanks for this overlay, I was stuck for a long time on compiling wineasio on new Gentoo PIE profiles. But with your nice overlay, it compiled and installed successfully.

But in the fetch instructions, it says to put it under some /var/tmp/tmpXXXX/portage/... directory; but when we do, it still fails. When put under /usr/portage/distfiles it works.

(Found the solution to both compilation and fetch issue on this discussion -- Also the suggestion of bug report :))
