  1. I've uploaded a giant powerpoint (not really a presentation, but includes many slides from our recent TAC presentation). This can serve as the discussion point and framework for our next steps.
  2. we should chat about this soon.
  3. good news! we have a bit more breathing room, so I can pay attention more fully. I'm still probably the bottleneck with data, but maybe we have have parallel efforts running.

Oh, nvm, I uploaded it to a fork. I'm still trying to figure out github work flows, and I don't think I need to be creating forks and branches for this. I'll delete the fork and clone this repository instead.

You can keep forks, just open a pull request to merge into the main repository

I sort of understand forks - but not fully. My limited testing in one of my own repositories seemed to show that the pushing and pulling was overwriting and deleting files (or entire folders) that I didn't intend to overwrite or delete. I haven't figured out how to push and pull files just from specific directories. My ideas about how I'd like to use forks and branches seem to be different than how they actually work. So I'm reluctant to do anything that might result in deleting your work!
