@vlzimmer , your side of the house needs to decide what gage prioritization framework to use.

If we have enough lead time, we can implement as an R Plumber API that you could pass a geojson file of a proposed gage network to and return the resulting prioritization.

The UC R-code by Ted Grantham will be doing the gage gap analysis. I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do with this?

That's fine. HAve we decided if your team will be running Ted's code on a predetermined set of scenarios that @pattersonla just needs to visualise or if we need to orchestrate a way to run it on the fly according to user interactions. If the latter, is there a link to Ted's package/ code?
