Sitemap #62

We should make a sitemap.xml for at least everything in info.geoconnex.us. Although it's possible we could create a "sitemap" that includes all 1:1 PIDs and all things with geoconnex regex PIDs that are in a pygeoapi instance (for now, basically wade-test.geoconnex.us, and CUAHSI "large providers" but eventually including stuff from NLDI #133

Seems like all we have to do is generate a txt file(s) with all the PIDs.
