Model subjectOf as a blank node with schema:url ? #8

Really not correct to use a direct semantic reference to a non-semantic resource with sunjectOf. Should figure out how to handle the non-semantic link with schema:url on a blank node.

This appears to not be possible with the current pyGeoAPI. A non-compliant subjectOf may be the only way to handle this for now.
