First follow redirects on port 80 and compare to other port 80, if only port 80 is open on IPv4 or IPv6 it fails.
If no port 80 is open, follow redirects on port 443 and compare to other port 443, if only port 443 is open on IPv4 or IPv6 it fails.
If one of the responses is 4xx or 5xx, :x: fail., this is changed to ⚠️ in #1267 (PR/fix in #1271).
Then do a similarity match (allow for 10% difference).
Current issues:

Follow redirects cannot easily be removed, because otherwise the http (port 80) upgrade to https (port 443) would not be followed. Also the best would be to stay on the same domain, and otherwise inform about performing a new test on the other domain.
Desired behavior:
Only follow same host redirects (so also no subdomains or redirect to apex) on the same IP-stack.
Always check port 80 and 443 on both IPv4 and IPv6.

Inform about redirecting with an option to click to fire off a new test.
