Broken links: cookie statement, Dutch Telecommunications Law. #151

In the 'Terms of Use' page there are two broken links:

Dutch Telecommunications Law link seems to work on Dutch prod website: http://wetten.overheid.nl/BWBR0009950/geldigheidsdatum_14-04-2015

It seems only on the english site the link for Dutch Telecommunications Law is the same as the cookie statement.

Updated the "Dutch Telecommunication Law" link on the non-dutch websites. Still need link for cookie statement.
