Decided by steeringcmte on 2017-01-19 to keep issue in backlog.

This is mostly important for sending mail servers; which are not currently supported in internet.nl. We can consider this later with the addition of the interactive mail test (#470). Open question if we want this for all domains encountered on the UI.
