Add link to CBS report in knowledge base

About adding a link to Statistics Netherlands (CBS) recurring benchmark to FAQ Usage statistics.

Questions:

• Do we have a stable URL for future benchmarks years? I cannot find a stable URL in the latest report Update: searching for some quoted keyword like "Internetstandaarden" works
• How to handle Dutch only, only add on Dutch page or add to both with an 'in Dutch' suffix for the English page? Update: an English version of the publication is in the making!
• Shouldn't we also include a link to the Meting Informatieveiligheidstandaarden?

Not sure were to put these links. Maybe we should create a seperate page on "Measurements" in the "Knowledge base"? @bwbroersma what do you think?

Let's make a separate page on "Measurements" in the knowledge base. On that page we can link to:

• Measurement of Dutch companies by Statistics Netherlands (CBS)
• Measurements of Dutch governments by Netherlands Standardisation Forum
• .nl statistics by SIDN Labs
• EU Internet Standards Deployment Monitoring Website by the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission
