Make toolbox more accessible #15

Idea:

  1. use a static site generator (like https://www.mkdocs.org/) as Github action to convert MD into HTML.
  2. publish the HTML via https://readthedocs.org/ or https://pages.github.com/. Note that both do not score 100% on Internet.nl.
